DAILY BREAD JACKSON VICK
The number 70 of Jackson Vick is a promising young talent out of Highland Village, Texas, looking to make big waves in 2025. The Loretta Lynn’s National Champ and 65cc SMX All-Star Champion has been hustling hard to add to the resume in the new season. Vick’s loose, floaty style allows him to pilot the bike extremely efficiently on both the motocross and supercross tracks. Vick had a very solid 2024 season that was highlighted with a 3rd overall in the 85cc (10-12) class at Loretta’s and a championship at the Motoplayground Race at Ponca City. Vick battled to the very end at Gatorback Cycle Park for Mini O’s. After a gnarly crash that sidelined him for the supercross portion and a mechanical issue on the motocross track, Vick rose to the occasion and dug out a moto win that secured a second overall finish. Looking to 2025, Jackson has been locked in on the bike under the guidance of Denny and Kyle Cunningham at Oak Hill Raceway. When he is not on the bike, he’s adhered to a fitness routine carefully crafted by the team over at Full Armor Strength and Conditioning. We sat down with the 7-0 to get the points on Jackson Vick.

Tell us about getting your first motorcycle.
My dad loaded me up when I was 3 and took me to buy an old PW50 off Craigslist. I had been racing my strider bike at the BMX track up to that point, along with playing baseball and soccer.
Desribe a typical day in your life.
Two to three days a week I get up pretty early to go ride and train at different tracks around our area for a couple hours. Then its home to wash and prep my bike for the next ride day followed by a couple of hours of school work then online to play games with my friends till dinner. We try to race as often as we can on the weekends at the best track we have to choose from, there are a lot in TX so there are races pretty much every weekend. All the other days Im doing schoolwork, whatever chores my dad finds for me, and playing online with my friends.
If you were forced to have a non-athletic career, what would it be?
I would like to manage or own a Rasing Canes fast food restaurant.

Describe your training program.
We try to keep it fun and as fresh as possible by bouncing around to different places. Primarily, we are at Oak Hill with Denny and Kyle Cunningham. Mike Boffleson helps from time to time, and we have been dropping in at the new Senoma facility and working with Tommy Haun as well. I don’t do much off the bike right now, but I know it’s coming.
