Justin Burge from Pictou County, Nova Scotia.
What classes do you race?
Supermini 1, Supermini 2, and Mini Sr. 2.
How did you get into motorcycles?
My dad had me on a bike before I could walk.
Tell us about your first race.
I was on a TTR-50 and I came dead last. I was very scared lining up with kids that knew what they were doing.
What other sports do you like?
When I am not racing I snowboard as much as I can.
Describe a typical day at the track for you.
I wake up, eat a healthy breakfast, and hydrate before my first practice. After practice, I chill out and try and keep a good mindset before my first race.
Favorite meal to have before you race?
Yogurt drinks are my favourite to have because they don't make me really full.
Best moment on a motocross bike?
Being the first and only 85cc bike to hit ‘The Spectator’ and ‘The Leap of Faith’ at Riverglade Motocross Park.
Best road trip story.
Swimming with Larry Enticer at the big rock quarry in Deschambault, Quebec and playing smash-up derby in the Walmart parking lot with shopping carts.
What’s your favorite track to ride?
Freestone MX.
Who is your favorite professional racer and why?
Ken Roczen because he has a very smooth riding style.
